Process

An Eco-Architect has a broad range of experience to integrate the complex aspects when creating a new building or renovation & is able to facilitate the best possible outcome to ensure you get what you asked for.  To build an eco-building, there are basically 3 phases of the work;

  1. Design  (Approximately 25% of a Full Service Fee)                     
    Site planning, program development, research, schematic design, design development, presentation design drawings.
  2. Working Drawings (Approximately 50% of a Full Service Fee)
    Detail, building material & systems research, detail drawing development, working drawings, specifications, consultant co-ordination.
  3. Construction (Approximately 25% of a Full Service Fee)
    Bid Tender Process, Site Review of the work to ensure that it is done according to the design & permit drawings.
